When you look its name, you will think it is a storage service instead of an app for office. Yes, Google Drive was a cloud storage service. However, Google wanted it would have more functions, so Google merged Google Drive with its office services like Google Docs to launch a new united service. Google integrated office features into Google Drive to make it can read, create or edit usual document. Google Drive has a friendly interface, it is very easy to familiarize and use it. It is also stable, Google invest resources to help it runs well, if there is any problem, Google will fix it as soon as they can. You can upload your data to Google Drive to store it, it is useful when you work on a mobile device because the mobile devices have a small disk space and you can not store a big data. Google will give you 15 GB of storage when you register a Google Drive account, it sounds good.
Google Drive is free but you can not synchronize your data with other cloud storage services like Microsoft’s OneDrive or Dropbox… because Google wants to keep their service exclusively. This is a weakness of Google Drive.

Kingsoft is one of the biggest software developer in China and they released a really quality app for office works, it is Kingsoft Office app. This app supports 44 languages so if you have any concern about using an app from a country where people do not speak the same language with you or you do not know English and be afraid of using an app with interface by English, you can have a peace of mind.
The Kingsoft Office can read popular office types including the types of Microsoft Office. It is helpful because most of documents are saved with Microsoft Office types. Kingsoft are compatible with other office apps like Evernote and you can save or upload your document to cloud storage. There is just a small problem with this app, Microsoft updates their products slowly and MS Office Mobile is not an exception, so if you have a MS Office Mobile on your smart phone and it some problems, you should have a little patience with Microsoft Support.
